Annual Meetings:

At these we have business meetings and workshops where we exchange ideas, develop research ideas and projects and disseminate INTERDEM outputs as lectures, workshops and symposia.

Projects:

Many INTERDEM members have received funding for psychosocial research at national and international levels. In addition INTERDEM research on particular aspects of early dementia in Europe has been developed and we have achieved funding for projects from the European Commission.

Communication:

Effective communication outside annual conferences occurs with internet support, co-ordinated across countries by the network co-ordinator. The content of the web - site is currently managed by the chair of Interdem (UMC st Radboud, Nijmegen, The Netherlands), and has been developed and is maintained by the INTRAS foundation.

Publications:

A number of INTERDEM members have contributed to publications in peer reviewed journals and books. INTERDEM has also published as a network in peer reviewed and practitioner journals.
